My way ran through numerous local activities in field of professional youth education and audience development and led me to JMI – the largest music ngo in the world. I proudly act as a JM Poland president since 2012. Recently I've been also elected a chairperson of JMI's EnCore New Ways in Classical Music – training program for young artists development. Diversely skilled, socially aware and self-empowered musicians are the keystones for every policy aiming the future of culture and music."
